The expertise to perform Competitive intelligence is not easily found, as there are virtually no educational courses in India that teach CI in a practical ‘on the street’ way. Most CI practitioners learn  on the job, which means a longer learning curve.

The USP of our workshops is the usability and practical implementation of theory  aka “Monday morning content”.  We have developed a proprietary methodology and process based on our own extensive experience of conducting competitive intelligence.. The focus of our program is on experiential learning – mapping competencies, conducting hands on workshops and testing the competencies via post assessments.
