From Hypothesis to Analysis – The art of Data Synthesis

Participants will be able to
  • Able to develop a structured framework/templates
  • Able to synthesize data from multiple streams (e.g. interviews, articles, reports etc) and structure this as per relevant design (framework)

    An orientation on data collation and synthesis: what it means, an example is actually solved with participants for better understanding

  • From a TOC/Hypothesis, how to drill down to analysis and data points needed
  • Creating data capture templates that facilitate analysis (cleaning, organizing, coding different types of data)
  • Integrating different data sources (primary and secondary) to get desired research output
  • Qualitative data analysis – introducing an objective analysis method (content analysis)
  • Useful analysis techniques (triangulation, extrapolation)
